Touch sensitive keys provide easy control. The setting of the temperature is accurate within 1 degree. The panel displays visual alarm icons for temperature level (too high or too low), temperature sensor defect, and low humidity.

Transforming your wine maturing cabinet into a wine serving cabinet: you can use your 1-temperature cabinet as a wine serving cabinet to bring your white or red wines to the correct serving temperature:
For white wine: recommended setting range: 6° – 10 °C /43 – 50°F.
For red wine: recommended setting range: 15° – 18 °C /59 – 64°F.
This cabinet can therefore be used as a red or white wine serving cabinet

In 3-temperature models, the chilling compartment temperature is determined by the set temperature of the cabinet. Therefore, if you want to obtain a temperature lower than 8°C / 46°F in the chilling compartment, it will be necessary to set a temperature lower than 12°C / 54°F in the maturing zone. For the red serving temperature zone, it is impossible to obtain a temperature below 17°C / 63°F for models fitted with glass doors.
Maturing compartment recommended temperature setting range: 10 – 14 °C / 50 to 57 °F.
Red serving temperature compartment recommended temperature setting range: 16 – 20 °C / 61 to 68 °F.
Oxygen Control Panel (For Oxygen Models Only)
Temperature display: Displays the current temperature inside your wine cabinet.
Adjustment button ( SET 1/ SET 2/probe): Sets the desired temperature inside the cabinet.
On/off button: Switches the wine cabinet on and off.
To adjust the temperature of your cabinet:
Press button SET 1 or SET 2, the symbol appears.
Press the Probe button to make the previous setting appear.
Set the desired temperature using the SET 1 and SET 2 buttons.
Confirm your programming by pressing the Probe button.
The recommended control range for maturing your wine is from 42°F to 64°F, the default setting is 54°F.
To operate correctly, your cabinet should be located in a room with a temperature between 32°F and 95°F.
When there has been a significant modification in set temperatures, it can take several hours for your wine cabinet to stabilize and display the desired temperature.
